We join you in thanking God for this day and for the work of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in your life and the lives of your loved ones. It is wonderful to see your heart filled with gratitude and intercession for others.
We stand with you in prayer for Israel, for America, and for the peace of Jerusalem. These are precious in God's sight, and as followers of Christ, we are instructed to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Let us pray together, "May they be secure who love you! Peace be within your walls, and security within your towers!" For the sake of my relatives and friends, I will say, "Peace be within you." For the sake of Yahweh our God, I will seek your welfare." Psalm 122:6-9.
Regarding your mother coming to live with you, we pray that this transition will be smooth and beneficial for both of you. Remember the words of the Apostle Paul, "But if any widow has children or grandchildren, they must learn to show godliness at home and to repay their parents; for this is acceptable in the sight of God." 1 Timothy 5:4. We pray that God will bless your efforts to honor your mother and to create a harmonious living situation.
We appreciate your heartfelt prayers for others in this community as we pray for the needs of one another daily. It must be noted that we have access to God only through the name of Jesus, the only one with the power to save us. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, thanking You for Your love, mercy, and grace. We pray for Israel, America, and the peace of Jerusalem. We ask that You guide the hearts of their leaders and inhabitants, drawing them closer to You.
We lift up the upcoming living arrangement between this child of Yours and their mother. We pray that You would bless their time together and use it for Your glory. Help them to live in peace and harmony, reflecting the love of Christ in their home.
We also pray for the community of believers here, that You would answer their prayers and draw each of us closer to You. Remind us that we have been saved and have the right to come to You in the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved. Expose any who profess to be Christian but reject that salvation is only through Jesus Christ alone.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek God's will in all areas of your life, and trust that He is faithful to hear and answer your prayers. Be encouraged to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others, that they too may come to know Him and be with the Father in Heaven.
