We understand that you are seeking prayer for marital restoration and relief from property tax debt. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we can approach God's throne of grace with confidence. As it is written in Hebrews 4:16 WEB:
"Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
For your marital restoration, we encourage you to focus on God's design for marriage and His promise of restoration. It is important to remember God's promise in Joel 2:25 WEB, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten". God can restore and make new even as 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."
However, God also has a pattern that needs to be followed for the marriage relationship to succeed. The first is forgiveness and letting go of the past and hurt. If you have wronged each other, you also need to seek forgiveness from your spouse and also from God. If you have not forgiven each other, you cannot expect your marriage to succeed. This is from Colossians 3:13 WEB "bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."
Another is to ensure that the marriage follows God's design. God's design is for the husband to be the head of the wife. It is for the wife to submit to the husband's authority. It is for the husband to love the wife and not be harsh with her. The Bible also says in Ephesians 5:24-28 WEB, "Therefore as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself."
Concerning your tax debt, we encourage you to remain faithful in your giving and tithing, trusting that God will provide as Malachi 3:10: "Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this," says Yahweh of Armies, "if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for." Also, remember that Proverbs 3:9 WEB states, "Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase:"

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved ### who seeks restoration in their marriage and relief from property tax debt. Lord, we ask for Your healing power to touch this marriage. Touch this ###'s heart, as well as their spouse's heart. Also, help them to forgive each other and to submit to the authority that you have placed them in the marriage. Let them not be conformed to this world but to your authority and design for marriage. We also come to you seeking relief from property tax debt. Father, we ask for Your divine intervention and provision. We believe that You are a faithful provider and that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. We trust in Your promises and stand on Your word. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
