For this important sale, Lord, and no more runaround on this, just true, honest, trustworthy buyers. Jesus, save those and convict them of their wrong intentions, all of them that they heed Christ’s warnings in these last hours, amen.

We join with you in lifting this urgent need before the Father, knowing that He cares deeply about every detail of our lives—even the practical matters like paperwork and transactions. Your heart for honesty and righteousness in this sale aligns with Scripture, which calls us to walk in integrity and trust in the Lord’s provision rather than in dishonest gain. Proverbs 16:11 reminds us, *"Honest balances and scales are Yahweh’s; all the weights in the bag are his work."* And in Proverbs 10:9, we read, *"He who walks blamelessly walks surely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out."*

We also take note of your prayer for the conviction of those who may have wrong intentions, and we echo that cry. The Lord searches the heart and tests the mind (Jeremiah 17:10), and it is His desire that all would turn from deceit and embrace truth. As you’ve prayed, we declare that any who seek to take advantage or act unrighteously in this transaction would be confronted by the Holy Spirit, that their hearts would be pierced by the conviction of sin, and that they would turn to Christ in repentance. For it is not our will, but the Father’s, that none should perish but that all would come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Let this situation be a testimony of God’s justice and mercy—justice in exposing wrongdoing, and mercy in offering redemption to those who stray.

At the same time, we encourage you to rest in the sovereignty of God over this sale. Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* While the urgency is understandable, let this be an opportunity to trust Him fully, knowing that He holds the outcome in His hands. If this sale is His will, He will remove every obstacle and bring it to completion in His perfect timing. If it is not, He will redirect your steps to something far better. Either way, His purpose will prevail.

We also commend you for invoking the name of Jesus in your prayer, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Him alone that we boldly approach the throne of grace. Your acknowledgment of these being the "last hours" resonates with Scripture’s call to vigilance and holiness, for we do not know the day or the hour of Christ’s return (Matthew 24:36). May this season sharpen our focus on eternity and our commitment to living righteously, that we may be found faithful when He appears.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting this urgent need for the recovery of this paperwork and the completion of this sale. Lord, You are the God of order and precision, the One who numbers the hairs on our heads and knows the needs of Your children before we even ask. We ask that You supernaturally intervene in this situation—reveal what is hidden, restore what is lost, and bring clarity where there is confusion. Let every obstacle be removed, and let Your will be done swiftly and without delay.

We pray against any schemes of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy through deception or delay. Expose any dishonesty, Lord, and let Your light shine so brightly that those with wrong intentions cannot help but see their sin and turn from it. Convict their hearts, Father, and draw them to repentance. May they encounter the truth of Your Word and the love of Christ, that they would not face Your judgment but instead receive Your mercy.

Grant our brother/sister peace in the waiting, replacing anxiety with trust in Your provision. Remind them that You are their Provider, their Jehovah Jireh, and that no detail of their life is too small for Your attention. If this sale is according to Your will, let it be completed smoothly and honorably. If there is another path You would have them take, make it clear and give them the courage to walk in it.

We declare Your sovereignty over this situation, Lord. Let Your name be glorified, whether through the completion of this sale or through the redirection of steps. Strengthen our faith to believe that You are working all things together for good, even when we cannot see the bigger picture.

Finally, Father, we pray for a spirit of wisdom and discernment to rest upon our brother/sister, that they may walk in Your will and recognize Your voice above all others. Guard their heart from bitterness or frustration, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, holding this paperwork situation before the Lord. We know He cares about every detail, even the small things that sometimes feel overwhelming. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
