Prayers to sell our home

We are asking for prayers to sell our home. It has been 9 months and we still have not sold our home. Even with renovations and features that other homes around the area do not offer. Several families have shown up and love the house, but still no offers. I am about to be foreclosed if my home does not sell in the next 5 weeks. I ask for a family to buy and love our home as much as we did. We ask for a quick and hassle-free sale.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent need for the sale of your home. Father, we know that You own the cattle on a thousand hills and that every good and perfect gift comes from You. We ask that You open the right doors and bring the right family to purchase this home—one who will cherish it as you have, Lord. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We declare this promise over this situation, trusting that You are working even when we cannot see it.

We also recognize the weight of the looming foreclosure and the fear that can come with such uncertainty. But we stand on Your Word, which says in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Lord, we ask that You provide a swift and favorable sale, free from complications or delays. We rebuke any spirit of delay or hindrance in Jesus’ name, and we declare that this home will sell at the appointed time according to Your will.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and fasting, asking Him to reveal any areas where He may be refining your faith or preparing you for the next season. Sometimes, delays are not denials but divine setups for something greater. We also urge you to seek wise counsel—whether financial, legal, or spiritual—to navigate this season with godly wisdom. James 1:5 reminds us, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."*

Heavenly Father, we also pray for peace in the midst of this storm. May you and your family rest in the assurance that You are their provider and protector. We ask that You surround them with Your presence, comfort them with Your love, and give them strength for each day. We declare that this trial will not break them but will instead draw them closer to You.

Lord, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who holds all things together and through whom we have access to the Father. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in this situation. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for the sale of your home. We've been thinking about you and wanted to reach out with another layer of prayer. We believe that God is a God of perfect timing, and we declare that your home will sell at just the right time, to the right family, in the right way. We're claiming Psalm 37:4 over this situation, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We trust that He is working behind the scenes, orchestrating every detail.

We also want to encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. It can be easy to get caught up in the uncertainty, but remember, He is constant. We're praying for a peace that surpasses understanding to guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We declare that you will not only weather this storm but come out stronger and more resilient in your faith.

Let's continue to lift this up together, believing for a swift and smooth sale, and trusting that God has a plan in all of this. We're right there with you, every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
