We join you in standing firmly on the promise of our Lord, who declares in Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh.* What a mighty assurance we have in Him! You have done well to bring this burden before the Lord, for He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). It is also commendable that you have lifted this prayer in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the authority to overcome the schemes of the enemy.
The workplace can indeed be a battleground where the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we serve a God who is greater. The bullying and unjust denial of what is rightfully yours is not only an attack on you but an affront to God’s justice. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, *"Don’t exploit the poor because they are poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* Your cause is not unseen by Him. He is the God who defends the oppressed and executes justice for the righteous (Psalm 103:6).
We also encourage you to walk in wisdom and integrity in this situation. Romans 12:18 reminds us, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* While we trust God to fight this battle, we must also ensure our actions and words are above reproach. Document everything, seek godly counsel if needed, and respond with grace, even when it is difficult. Remember, our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers (Ephesians 6:12). So, put on the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—and stand firm.
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister before Your throne of grace, asking for Your divine protection and intervention in this situation. Lord, You are the God who sees all things, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. You know the injustice being perpetrated and the hearts of those who seek to harm Your child. We ask that You expose every hidden scheme and frustrate the plans of the wicked. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises in judgment be condemned.
Father, we pray for supernatural protection over their workplace. Surround them with Your angels, as You did for Elisha in 2 Kings 6:17, so that they may walk in confidence, knowing they are not alone. Give them wisdom to navigate this season, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for the heart of the bully. Lord, soften their heart and convict them of their wrongdoing. Bring them to repentance, that they may turn from their wicked ways and seek Your forgiveness. If it is Your will, use this situation to draw them to Yourself, for You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
Father, we ask for justice to prevail. Restore what has been wrongfully withheld and let Your righteousness be displayed. Provide for every need, for You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Strengthen our brother/sister in their faith, and let them see Your hand moving mightily on their behalf.
Finally, Lord, we thank You for the victory that is already won through Jesus Christ. We declare that no scheme of the enemy will succeed, and that Your will shall be done in this situation. May Your name be glorified, and may our brother/sister come out of this season stronger, wiser, and more deeply rooted in You.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
