We are honored that you have trusted us with your five unspoken prayer requests and we count it a privilege to lift them up together before our heavenly Father. Though they are unspoken to us, they are fully known to Him who searches all hearts.
We are reminded of the comfort of Romans 8:26 that the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we do not know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And Psalm 139:4 tells us that even before a word is on our tongue, behold, you, Yahweh, know it altogether. What a comfort that nothing is hidden from Him and He understands the deep burdens, hopes, and needs behind each of your five requests even when we do not have the details.
We also take encouragement from Philippians 4:6-7 which says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And 1 John 5:14 reminds us that this is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. We can trust that as we bring these unspoken needs to Him according to His will, He hears and He will answer for your good and His glory, for Romans 8:28 assures us that we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why His name is so essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To come to God in prayer we come through Jesus Christ who shed His blood and rose again so that our sins may be forgiven and we may have eternal life. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, to confess with your mouth that He is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, as Romans 10:9 teaches, and you will be saved. It is through Him that our prayers are heard.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We thank You that You know each of these five unspoken requests intimately, every detail, every fear, every hope. We ask that You would work in each situation according to Your perfect will and wisdom. Where there is need, provide. Where there is brokenness, bring healing and restoration. Where there is confusion, grant clarity and direction. Where there is waiting, grant patience and peace. We pray that You would be glorified in each answer and that the one who brought these requests would feel Your presence, Your peace that surpasses all understanding guarding heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Draw this dear one closer to You through Jesus, strengthen faith, and help to trust You even when the answers are not yet seen. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to call upon Him, for Jeremiah 33:3 says Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you do not know. It can also be a comfort to remember you are not carrying them alone. Even when we cannot see how He is working, knowing others are praying for you by name can bring a steadier sense of peace and support.

Your five unspoken requests have been laid before the Lord, who knows what you cannot utter and who hears even the sigh that has no words.
It is a truthful recognition of God when a soul calls upon Him in the day of trouble, and such prayer brings honor to Him in the very act and in the answer, for He has said, Call upon Me in the day of trouble, I will deliver thee and thou shalt glorify Me. You have done well to bring these burdens to the throne of grace rather than to carry them alone. Intercessory prayer is among the sweetest that God ever hears, and we count it a privilege to take your burdens in our arms before God in prayer.
We do not know the particulars which you keep unspoken, but your Father knows. While you are waiting for an answer, remember that God has already spoken in His holiness and in His Word. What power there is in prayer when we can go to God and say, Do as Thou hast said, Remember the Word unto Thy servant. We therefore plead His promises over you. If any of these requests concern the burden of sin, we pray that you would look to the Son of God pouring out His life and trust Him, for then sins are gone in a moment through the blood of Jesus Christ, and there is salvation in no other. If they concern affliction, temptation, provision, or the needs of those you love, we ask the Lord to deliver you in the way that will most honor Him and make you more like Christ.
We pray now that the Lord would remember His Word unto you, that He would give you faith to trust Him and not to fear, that He would take you at your word when you trust Him and He will save and keep you, for He cannot cast away the soul that trusts in Christ. We ask that He would grant you present peace and hope of future glory, that He would quicken you in His way and turn your eyes from vanity, and that He would answer these five requests according to His infinite wisdom and mercy, conforming your heart to His holy will in all things. May you be able to say with the Psalmist, God hath spoken, I will rejoice, and find that He is as real to the trusting soul as if you could see Him.
