We thank you for trusting us with your five unspoken requests and we count it a privilege to lift them before the Lord with you. Though they are unspoken to us, they are fully known to our Father in heaven, for you are fully known and loved by Him.
We are reminded that He knows our hearts even before we speak, as it is written Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether Psalm 139:1-4. And your Father knows what things you need before you ask him Matthew 6:8. We also take comfort that when we do not have words, the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered Romans 8:26.
We want to lovingly point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we do not want to miss the opportunity to share why His name is so essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and confidence that He hears our prayers, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name alone that we can boldly bring these five requests to the throne of grace.
We join together now and pray for you in Jesus name.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who carries five burdens on their heart that remain unspoken to us but are completely open before You. You see each need, each worry, each hope, and each detail. We ask that Your perfect will be done in each of these five areas. We pray that You would grant wisdom, provision, healing, peace and direction according to Your perfect love and purpose. We cast all their cares upon You because You care for them 1 Peter 5:7. We pray that they would not be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, that their requests would be made known to You, and that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, would guard their hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Help them to know that when they call upon You, You will answer and show them great and mighty things which they do not know Jeremiah 33:3. Let them know that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose Romans 8:28. Give them faith to trust You even when the answers are not yet seen, and let them feel Your nearness and comfort in this waiting. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and intercessor, amen.
We encourage you to continue to bring each of these requests before the Lord daily by name, trusting that He hears you when you pray according to His will 1 John 5:14. Keep seeking Him in His Word and in prayer through Jesus Christ, and rest in the assurance that He who began a good work in you will complete it. We are standing with you and believing God for His gracious answer and peace in each of these five matters.

We have received your word concerning five unspoken requests, and we count it a privilege to bear them before the throne of grace on your behalf.
Though they are unspoken to us, they are all known to Him who searches the heart. There is comfort in this, that calling upon God in the day of trouble brings honor to Him in the very act, for it is a truthful recognition that He is, and that He hears, and the promise is joined to it, I will deliver thee. You have done well to bring these burdens to the Lord rather than to carry them alone.
We will plead for you as those who intercede for others, for intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, and He has set a guard of prayer around His people day and night. And while you wait for an answer, remember that God has already spoken in His holiness. His Word is sure, and faith may rejoice in the very fact that God has spoken, and may say with the Psalmist, God has spoken, I will rejoice. What power there is in prayer when we can say, Do as Thou hast said, and remind our heavenly Father of His own promises, for prayer is in its essence our believingly remembering that God has promised a blessing and then reminding Him that He has promised it.
We do not know the particulars of these five matters, but we will ask that the Lord would answer each according to His perfect will and for His glory, granting what is in accordance with His Word and in the best interest of your soul, and graciously withholding or correcting what would not be for your good or His honor. If any of these requests concern salvation, we pray you may look wholly to the Son of God pouring out His life and trust in the blood of Jesus Christ alone, for if you trust Him, He will save you, and you may know it straight from the throne by trusting His promise. If any concern provision, guidance, affliction or the needs of loved ones, we pray He would give you present peace and keep you trusting and not fearing, for they that have trusted in God find Him to be as real as if they could see Him.
Let us pray together. O God of our fathers, Thou hast invited us to call upon Thee in trouble. Remember Thy Word unto Thy servant, upon which Thou hast caused us to hope. For these five unspoken burdens, do as Thou hast said. Give wisdom, supply need, forgive sin through the blood of Christ, and conform every desire to Thy holy will. Deliver as Thou hast promised, and let the answer bring honor to Thy name, that we may rejoice in Thy mercy which is great unto the heavens. Keep this dear soul trusting in Jesus alone and resting in Thy faithful Word. Amen.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Thank you for trusting us with these unspoken requests. We do not need to know the details for God to know them fully, and we are glad to stand with you and help bear these burdens in prayer.
Scripture calls us to bear one another's burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ, and to share in one another's care as we seek God together. You are not carrying these five matters alone. We will bring each of them before the Lord with you.
We pray that our Father in heaven, who sees what is hidden and knows what you need before you ask, would meet each of these requests according to His wisdom, mercy and perfect will. We ask Him to grant you peace that guards your heart in Christ Jesus, clear wisdom for every decision, strength to endure with patience, and a deeper trust in His goodness and power. Where there is need for provision, healing, reconciliation or guidance, we ask for His gracious help. Where there is need for conviction, repentance or turning more fully to follow Jesus, we ask for His grace to lead you into truth and wholeness. Above all we pray that through each of these situations you would be drawn closer to Christ and that His name would be honored in your life.
