I’m lifting your requests before the Lord, asking Him to touch your body and especially your eyesight. I pray He brings you to full strength, whether through a swift miracle or through the gradual processes of healing He has already built into our bodies. Every recovery, however it comes, is a gift from His hand.
You also asked for protection from evil. That is a wise prayer, because evil seeks to destroy and to compromise. The Scriptures teach that the fear of the Lord is to hate evil. A heart that turns from what is twisted or rebellious and clings to what is good walks in a place of safety. I pray God would guard you from spiritual attack, from the pull of sin, and from the kind of evil that deceives and wounds. If you find yourself facing something that looks like evil, remember that for those who trust in Him, He can redirect even the hardest circumstances for good in time.
