We lift up your six unspoken prayer requests before the throne of grace, trusting in the Lord who knows the depths of your heart even before you speak. The Word of God assures us in Psalm 139:1-4, "Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there isn’t a word on my tongue, but, behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether." Even when words fail us, the Spirit intercedes on our behalf with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who hears, who sees, and who cares deeply about every detail of our lives. Lord, we bring before You the six unspoken burdens on our brother/sister’s heart. You know each one intimately, and we ask that You would move mightily in each situation.
Father, where there is fear, replace it with Your perfect love that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Where there is confusion, bring clarity and wisdom from above (James 1:5). Where there is pain, pour out Your healing balm (Jeremiah 30:17). Where there is doubt, strengthen faith (Mark 9:24). Where there is sin, grant repentance and forgiveness (1 John 1:9). Where there is weariness, renew strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). Lord, we trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We rebuke every scheme of the enemy that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy in these situations (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on the promise that if God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31). We pray for divine intervention, supernatural breakthroughs, and Your perfect will to be done in each of these requests.
Lord, we also ask that You would draw our brother/sister closer to You through these trials. May they seek Your face more than Your hand, and may their relationship with You grow deeper and more intimate. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Remind them that they are not alone, for You have said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5).
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His shed blood that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is by His authority that we pray. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in every situation.
We also want to gently remind you, dear one, that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ. If you have not yet placed your faith in Him as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Romans 10:9-10 tells us, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." This is the first and most important step in any prayer request—having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; may He turn His face toward you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26). We continue to stand in the gap for you, trusting that God is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).
