We are here to lift you up in prayer and to seek God's will together. First, we would like to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. For it is written, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB).
In the book of James, we are also encouraged to pray for one another. "Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray one for another, that you may be healed. The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective." (James 5:13-16 WEB).
Although we do not have the details of your requests, our God knows your every need. We will pray for you accordingly.
Our most gracious Heavenly Father,
We come before You now, lifting up our brother in Jesus Christ. We come to you in Jesus Name. Lord, you know the five unspoken requests that are on his heart. We pray that Your will be done in each of these areas, and that You will guide him through the wisdom and power of the Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ. We ask You to grant him the faith and patience he needs to wait upon Your timing and Your ways.
We pray that if there is any hindrance to his prayers, any unconfessed sin or lack of forgiveness towards others, that You will reveal it to him and grant him the grace to repent of his sins through Jesus Christ and walk in obedience to Your Word. For your word says if we regard iniquity in our heart, the Lord will not hear us. (Psalms 66:18 WEB). Also, if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Father, we also pray that he will grow in his relationship with You, deepening his faith, trust, and love for You in Jesus Christ. We ask that You will help him to be a man after Your own heart who desires to see Your kingdom come and Your will be done in his life and in the world around him.
Lord, we thank You for all that You are doing in his life, and we praise You for the answered prayers that are yet to come. We thank you for the good and perfect gifts you give to us. (James 1:17 WEB)
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, trusting that God is working behind the scenes to bring His purposes to pass. Continue to seek Him, to trust Him, and to rest in His unfailing love. Remember the words of Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
In Jesus name we are called to pray. If there is anything that you need further counsel, discussion, encouragement, or prayer, please let us know.
