We are here to lift you up in prayer and to seek God's will together. We want to remind our friend that it is important to share your prayer requests if possible, so that we can agree with you in specific and focused prayer, following the guidance from James 5:16 (WEB): "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."

Jesus said in Matthew 18:19-20 (WEB), "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."

Our friend also did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We must remember, that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 (WEB) "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Know that we are praying for you in the name of Jesus Christ, even though you did not specifically ask for it. But we will allude to it in our prayers to God. Let us agree together for these five unspoken requests:

Dear Heavenly Father,

Our friend has needs that he or she desires to be covered in prayer. Lord, you know what they are, even if we do not. He knows the secrets of all hearts, and he knows the specific needs that our friend has.

Father, we ask that you will be at work in each of these areas. We pray that you will bring healing, guidance, provision, and your perfect will to each situation. We ask that you will give them your divine wisdom and discernment, and that you will open up the right doors for them.

Lord, we also pray that our friend will walk closely with you and that he will put his faith and trust in you. We pray that he will not lean on his own understanding, but that he will acknowledge you in all of his ways, so that you can direct his paths.

Most importantly, we pray that our friend will know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, and that you will protect him from all evil and harm. We pray that they will have the assurance of salvation, knowing that their sins are forgiven through faith in your Son, Jesus Christ.

Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who gave his life for us on the cross, who rose from the dead to give us eternal life, and who is now seated at your right hand, interceding for us.

We thank you for hearing our prayers.

Amen.
