We are here to lift you up in prayer and we believe that God hears and cares for you. Before we begin, we want to remind you that it is important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we are saved.
In John 16:23 WEB Jesus said: "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you."
Let's come together before the throne of grace, let us come to God in the name of Jesus.
Come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before Yahweh, our Maker, for he is our God. We are the people of his pasture, and the sheep in his care.
Almighty God, we come before you today, lifting up our brother/sister in prayer. Lord, you know the deepest desires of their heart, the unspoken requests that they have brought before you today. We pray that you would hear their cry and answer their prayer according to your will.
We pray that you would give them the strength and courage to face whatever situation they are going through. We ask that you would guide them and give them the wisdom to make the right decisions. Help them to trust in you and to rest in your promises when you said in Matthew 7:7 WEB: "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." God will make a way even when there seems to be no way.
Lord, we also pray that you would comfort them and give them peace. Help them to know that you are always with them, even in the darkest of times. Help them to praise you in all circumstances.
We ask these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear one. God hears your prayers and He cares for you. He will make a way. Trust in Him, and rest in His promises. He promises us in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, especially in this unspoken request by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Again in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Be comforted and strengthened in Jesus' name.
