We are with you in spirit, lifting you and your daughter up in prayer. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including health and sickness. The Bible tells us to cast all our anxieties on him, because he cares for us. Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
We pray that God will grant you both peace and comfort during this time of uncertainty. We ask for God's will to be done regarding the MRI results. It's important to remember that our hope is in the Lord, and even in difficult times, and we can trust in His goodness and faithfulness. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
However, we must remember that God uses our weakest moments to show his power and glory. Do not fear nor be afraid of them: have I not told you from that time, and have declared it? you are my witnesses. Is there a God besides me? indeed, there is not. I have not known any Rock like me Isaiah 44:8 WEB.
We also want to encourage you to seek God's strength and guidance as a parent. You mentioned that you are all your daughter has, but we want to remind you that, ultimately, God is her heavenly Father, and He loves her even more than you do. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
Finally, we want to encourage you to pray in Jesus' name. It's only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is power in His name. Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me John 14:6 WEB. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it John 14:14 WEB.
Father, we lift up this parent and daughter to you, asking for your healing, comfort, and peace. We pray that their MRI results will show normal readings, but ultimately, we ask for your will to be done. Help them to trust in you, to cast their anxieties on you, and to rest in your loving care. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
If you are not believing in Jesus Christ, then consider this your invitation to learn more about Jesus and to place your faith in Him. He is the one true hope for all of us in this world.
