We lift up this dear sister in Christ to our Heavenly Father, who sees her every need and hears the cries of her heart. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. We ask that You would open the doors of provision for her, providing a job that not only meets her financial needs but also brings her fulfillment and peace. Lord, You are the God who supplies all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We trust that You will make a way where there seems to be no way, for Your Word declares that You will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5).
We also pray for her emotional and spiritual healing during this difficult season of divorce. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Comfort her with Your presence, and remind her that she is deeply loved by You. We rebuke the spirit of depression in Jesus’ name, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen her faith and fill her with hope, knowing that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28).
Father, we ask that You would surround her with godly community—believers who will uplift, encourage, and walk alongside her during this time. May she find solace in Your Word and in prayer, drawing near to You as You draw near to her (James 4:8). We also pray for wisdom and discernment as she navigates this season, that she would make choices that honor You and align with Your will.
Lord, we know that divorce is not part of Your perfect design for marriage, as You have said that what You have joined together, let no man separate (Matthew 19:6). However, we also know that You are a God of grace and restoration. If there is any possibility of reconciliation that aligns with Your will, we pray for healing and humility in both hearts. If not, we ask that You would lead her into a future where she can experience Your peace and joy once more.
We declare that this sister is not defined by her circumstances but by Your love for her. May she rise above this trial with renewed strength, knowing that You are her provider, her healer, and her hope. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
