We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with your home, and we are here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our physical needs such as shelter. Jesus Himself said, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" Matthew 6:31-33 WEB.
In this situation, we encourage you to continue trusting in God's provision and timing. It is important to remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB. He may be using this trial to draw you closer to Him and to strengthen your faith.
Regarding the builder who did not complete the work to the expected standard, the Bible teaches us to forgive as we have been forgiven. Ephesians 4:32 WEB says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." While it is frustrating and unfair that you are left with poor workmanship, hold on this. Trust that God will provide a solution in His own way.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ who is facing difficulties with her home. Lord, You know the struggles she is going through, the leakages, the mold, and the financial burden she is carrying. Father, we ask for Your divine intervention. Provide her with the resources and the right people to fix the roof and rid her home as you rid our body, the temple, from sin. Comfort her heart and strengthen her faith during this trying time. Help her to forgive the builder who did not do his best in the work on the extension. Help her to focus on You first and most of all. Help her to know how very much she is loved by you and she is not alone.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of despair, anxiety, or fear that may be attempting to grip her heart. We claim Your promises, Lord, that You will supply all her needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 WEB. Help her to know that you own everything and she is your daughter. You will take care of her as promised. We ask this all in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who taught us to come boldly before Your throne of grace. Amen.
Remember, it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved and have this access. Continue to trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time.
