We understand that your friend wishes to return to her former teaching job and that the situation is complicated. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is able to make a way where there seems to be no way, as the Scripture says, "With God all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26 WEB).
However, we want to encourage your friend to seek God's will in this matter. It's important to remember that our desires should align with God's purpose for our lives. "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:4-5 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our friend who desires to return to her teaching job. Lord, we ask that you guide her steps and open the doors that you would have her walk through. Help her to seek your will and to trust in your timing. We ask that you provide her with the wisdom and discernment needed to navigate this situation. If it is your will, please make a way for her to return to her teaching job. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage your friend to continue to trust in God and to seek His face. We also remind you that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father as this is only the way we can be saved and ask that you remember this in your prayers. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
In addition, we would like to remind your friend, and everyone to not just focus on God opening doors. We also need to ask God to guide us to the correct door. We should never be breaking down doors that are not God's will and should not be entering. Remember that God opens doors no man can shut and God shuts doors no man can open.
"I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut, for you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn’t deny my name." Revelations 3:8 (WEB).
"Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whoever shall gather together against you shall fall because of you." Isaiah 54:15 (WEB).
