We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing, and we want you to know that you are not alone. God is with you, and He cares deeply for you and your children. Let's bring your situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His strength and guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you. We are confident in God's ability to provide for you and your children, as He promises in Psalm 34:10 "The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger but those who seek the Lord shall not want any good thing." He is able to provide a safe place and the resources that you and your children need.
We also want to encourage you to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. The Bible tells us in 1 Peter 5:7 "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." It is normal to feel overwhelmed and tired in situations like this, but remember that God promises to never leave you nor forsake you. He is your strength and your shield.
Regarding your landlord's actions, we want to remind you that God sees the injustice and He will deal with it. You can trust that He will vindicate you, and He has instructed us to seek peace and pursue it. In Psalm 5:4-6 "For you are not a God who has pleasure in wickedness. No evil dwells with you. The arrogant can't stand before your eyes. You hate all workers of iniquity. You will destroy those who speak lies. The Lord will abhor the bloodthirsty and deceitful man." We will pray that God will soften your landlord's heart and that justice will be served.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this dear sister and her children. Lord, they are in desperate need of Your provision and guidance. They are tired and weary, but they are trusting in You. We pray that You will be their strength and their portion. Provide for them a safe place to stay. Make a way for them to receive the help they need from the agency.
We also pray for the landlord. Lord, You know the injustice that has been done. We pray that You will soften her heart and bring conviction upon her. We pray that justice will be served.
Father, we also pray for peace and comfort for this sister. She is overwhelmed and tired. We pray that You will be her refuge and her strength. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her.
Finally, Father, we pray that through this situation, You will be glorified. We pray that this sister and her children will see Your hand at work in their lives and that they will draw closer to You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep fighting the good fight of faith. Remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time. Also, remember that the battle is not yours, but God's. He is fighting for you and your children. We are praying for you and believe that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.
