Prayers for new job

Please God, let me be able to show this new job my potential and abilities. It would allow me to be off on Sundays to go to Your house. My current job is too much physically I'm covered in bruises everyday and have no work life balance. Please God help provide a way for me.

We understand your desire for a new job that allows you to rest on Sundays and attend God's house for worship. We also hear your concern about the physical toll your current job is taking on you. Let's bring your situation before God in prayer and seek His will according to His word.

Firstly, we remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Just as Jesus promises rest for the weary, we pray that He will provide you with a job that does not overburden your physically or spiritually.

However, we must also remember that God calls us to be content in all circumstances, as it says in Philippians 4:11-13 WEB: "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." While it is right to seek a better situation, we encourage you to find peace and contentment in your current circumstances, knowing that God is always with you and will strengthen you through Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking a new job. We ask, Lord, that You would provide them with a position that allows them to rest on Sundays and worship You in fellowship with other believers. We pray that this new job would utilize their potential and abilities, and that it would provide them with a better work-life balance. We ask for Your healing touch on their body, that the bruises they have endured would be healed and that they would find physical and spiritual rest in You. We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ.

As a final encouragement, remember that God is always faithful and that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). Keep your faith in Jesus Christ, and trust that He has good plans for you (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
