Prayers For My Nephew Jacob Kilby-Health

My 18 year old nephew Jacob Kilby had a heart transplant at 2 and now is in need of another. He just graduated high school and was set to go away to college but now his life is on hold due to this major health issue. He is frightened and does not have any memories of the first heart transplant at Loma Linda. Jacob lives in San Diego and is currently under UCSD medical. Please lift him up in prayer.I know God has a plan and that he is the only true healer, comforter, physician and miracle worker. We are in need of another miracle. I believe that the prayers that were lifted up for him in 1998 were heard and that there is definite power in prayer. Your prayers are greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless.
