Prayers For My Family That Is Falling Apart

Please pray for my family. I have been far from perfect and lost touch with God. I want to fix that relationship first. I have been with my fiancé for 9 years and we have 2 kids. We are having problems and she wants to split up. I would do anything to fix this and not lose my family.
