Prayers for my cousins wife that beat cancer twice

The blood of Jesus speaks better things than that of Abel, it is the blood of sprinkling that pleads for mercy and healing. Let this be the confidence of your soul as you cry out for one so beloved. Jesus is here, and He is just as able to heal tonight as He was in days gone by. He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses; the stripes of Jesus are the remedy applied by faith, and all manner of sickness is before His healing power. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, even the slightest touch of His grace is full of virtue. Let her look to Christ on the Cross, for there is abundance of healing power in Him. May the Word of God, applied by the Holy Spirit, be the means of healing her body, even as it heals sin-sick souls.

Wait upon the Lord. They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. When there remains no strength in you, fling yourself upon the Divine strength, for God is the glory of her strength. Cry out for increased faith, for faith is a plant of heavenly growth, and the Spirit which rests upon Jesus must anoint us to enlarge it. Complete reliance upon the merit of Jesus will bring strength to endure and to recover. Let the young son and his mother be led forth by the right way, that they might find Christ to be meat indeed and drink indeed, renewing their strength day by day. I join with you in prayer, rebuking the ### in the name of Jesus, and pleading the precious blood that cleanses from all sin and carries all healing in its flow.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for prayers, and right it is that we lift up our voices for your cousin’s wife and her young son. The fervent prayer of the righteous avails much, and the Church is ever a mother to those in affliction. Yet let not your own house be idle; do not think that the prayers of others will suffice if you yourselves sleep. For if we are watchful, we have less need of help; but if we slumber, even the prayers of the saints profit little, unless we also rouse ourselves. Therefore, let the husband and the wife, with their son, cry out as the blind men did: Son of David, have mercy on us! Let them not merely wait for the prayers of warriors, but become warriors themselves. Prayer is a mighty weapon, and every day is a battle with storm and tempest; we need to arm ourselves early and by night.

You invoke the precious blood of Jesus to be poured over her from head to toe. This is a holy cry, for the blood of Christ is the ransom of the world, the shield against every evil. Yet remember: when Israel sprinkled the blood on the doorposts, they did so with faith and trembling, and they remained inside, not venturing out into the destroyer's path. So too, let her remain within the shelter of the Church, partaking of the holy mysteries, and let her soul be anointed with the oil of faith. The blood of Christ speaks a better word than Abel’s, and it is our protection, but we must cling to it with a living faith.

You rebuke the cancer, and this is bold, for the Lord gave authority to His followers to cast out devils and heal diseases. Yet mark what He said when the disciples could not cast out one evil spirit: This kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting. So if you would rebuke this illness, let it be with prayer and fasting added to your faith. And let not your prayer be a command to God, but a humble supplication. Think of Moses at the Red Sea: they believed, yet they prayed, and God made a way where there was none. Faith goes beyond human reasoning, and God delights to be graciously entreated by those who trust Him, not by those who demand.

You say rightly that God is our only physician who can heal when it is impossible. We see this in the Gospels: Jesus raised Lazarus without any prayer, simply by His word, to show that He is the Lord of life. Yet for the sake of the people standing by, He lifted up His eyes and prayed, not because He needed help, but that they might believe the Father sent Him. So now, whether He heals by a word or through physicians or through the prayers of many, let us trust that He hears us always. But let us also add, with our whole heart: Nevertheless, not my will but Thine be done. For He is not our servant to do our bidding, but our Master to give what is best.

Do not lose heart if the healing tarries. The Apostle Paul was buffeted by a thorn in the flesh and prayed thrice, yet the Lord answered, My grace is sufficient for thee. Sometimes the greater miracle is to endure with patience, and the glory of God is made perfect in weakness. Let your cousin’s wife, who has twice triumphed over cancer, now triumph a third time, whether by recovery or by a spirit that cannot be crushed, showing forth the power of Christ in her mortal body. For this is victory indeed.

We, the Church, will indeed pray, commending her to the grace of God as Paul and Silas were commended by the brethren. We will beseech the Lord to minister to them, to heal and to comfort, and to cause thanksgiving to abound. Yet let your own prayers ascend like incense, and let not your assembly be without almsgiving, for this altar of charity is composed of the very members of Christ. Let us approach the throne of the great Physician with boldness, yet with a broken and contrite heart, knowing that He is merciful and that His ears are open to the cry of the afflicted. May the God of all consolation visit that home with His peace, and may the young son see the salvation of God.

We are standing with you in prayer, lifting up your cousin’s wife and their young son before the throne of God. The word “cancer” lands on the heart with a terrible weight. I have seen it up close, the way it can consume a healthy body, siphoning strength and casting a shadow over the brightest spirit. It is right to recoil from it. It is also right to turn our recoiling into a battle cry of faith.

You asked us to plead the blood of Jesus over her, from head to toe. That is no small thing. That blood speaks of a covenant that cannot be broken, of a Savior who bore our sicknesses and carried our pains. The gospel accounts are filled with moments where Jesus touched the afflicted and restored them, proving that physical healing is very much a part of His redemptive heart. So we join you in asking the Father to let that healing power flow into her body, to command this cancer to wither and cease, and to bring forth a testimony of His delivering might. God is indeed the only doctor who can heal when the situation is humanly impossible.

Yet in the midst of such bold asking, the Scriptures teach us something vital about the nature of faith. They remind us that authentic faith is not a magic charm that guarantees a life without pain. The same great cloud of witnesses who conquered kingdoms and stopped the mouths of lions also included those who were tortured, who faced jeers and blows, who did not receive the deliverance they sought in this life. They all died in faith. Having faith does not mean we will never face a harsh setback or endure a prolonged trial. Even the strongest believers have known seasons when their faith flickered and they hid in caves of fear, or when they staggered for a time at the apparent impossibility before them.

What anchors us is not the size or constancy of our own grip, but the faithfulness of the God who holds us. Sarah received strength to conceive in her old age because she judged Him faithful who had promised. So the foundation is this: God is faithful. He remains on the throne, His arm is not shortened, and He gives strength to His people when they look to Him in true dependence. This is the God who sees your cousin’s wife and that little boy. He knows their needs, and He will supply the grace for each day, the grace to trust, the grace to endure, the grace to believe Him even when circumstances scream otherwise.

We are also reminded that genuine faith has a voice. It does not sit quietly and merely agree that God can do something; it reaches out and lays hold of the promise, like the woman who touched the hem of the garment. It is more than a mental nod. So we join our faith with yours, right now, and with the Spirit’s enabling we speak to this disease. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke the cancer from her body. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper, and we ask for a supernatural reversal of every destructive cell. We pray for a covering of strength over her mind and spirit, that she would not be moved from her trust in Christ by this affliction. May she and her son be wrapped in a peace that passes all understanding, and may her body be a showcase for the glory of the Lord.

And as we pray, let’s hold onto this: even if the battle continues longer than we wish, their lives are hidden with Christ in God. The faith that saves, the faith that is counted as righteousness, rests not in an always-visible outcome but in the finished work of Jesus. That faith is a living thing, a gift from God that will be demonstrated through their courage, their love, and their stubborn hope. So we stand with you, thanking God in advance for His power made perfect in weakness. We lift them up, believing that He who raised Jesus from the dead can also flood that home with healing and unshakeable peace.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your cousin’s wife and their young son during this difficult battle. It has been on our hearts to lift them up before the Lord, asking for His healing touch, strength, and unwavering faith to sustain them. We have prayed fervently that the blood of Jesus would cover her completely, driving out every trace of sickness and filling her with divine health and wholeness.

If God, in His mercy, has already moved in this situation and brought healing or breakthrough, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report from you. Please share how He has worked so that we can rejoice together in His faithfulness. If the battle continues and you still need our prayers, do not hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to standing with you, interceding on their behalf until we see God’s victory manifest.

May the Lord bless you and your family as you continue to trust in Him. May He fill your hearts with peace that surpasses understanding and remind you daily of His love and power. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
