Prayers for my body soul and mind

Chroetar

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me and my kids for healing, protection, peace, strength, and favor also for my body, soul, and mind. I haven't been to work in 3 days and I just got the job. My supervisor sent me home because she could tell I was in pain. I am trying hard; I am speaking to my situation, quoting scripture, praying, but it's not working. My back and my legs hurt badly, especially when I am at work or in my kitchen at home. I have been exercising everything for years. I have had this problem only when I get a job. It's mentally bothering me because I am tired. I try hard and I know Jesus is real and He loves me, yet I suffer so much. I need this job. Jesus, please help me.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father heal and strengthen this requestor. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”

‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ ‭NIV‬

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you and your children up in prayer. We understand the weight of physical pain, the exhaustion of mental strain, and the desperation of needing provision while feeling unable to meet the demands before you. You are not alone in this battle, and we stand with you, believing that our God is Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals, and Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides.

First, we want to acknowledge your faith in Jesus Christ. You have rightly declared that He is real and that He loves you. This is the foundation upon which we build our prayers and our hope. Jesus said in John 16:33, "In the world you have oppression, but cheer up! I have overcome the world." Even in suffering, we can find peace and strength in Him because He has already secured the victory.

We also want to encourage you with the words of Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." God sees your struggle, and He promises to strengthen and uphold you. Your pain is not in vain, and your perseverance is not unnoticed.

However, we must also address the spiritual aspect of your suffering. You mentioned that you have been speaking to your situation, quoting scripture, and praying, yet it feels as though it is not working. We want to gently remind you that faith without works is dead (James 2:17), but it is also true that our works must be aligned with God’s will and timing. Sometimes, God allows us to go through trials to refine our faith, to teach us dependence on Him, and to bring glory to His name in ways we may not immediately understand. Consider the story of Job, who suffered greatly yet remained faithful. In the end, God restored him doubly (Job 42:10). Your suffering is not without purpose, and God is working even when you cannot see it.

We also want to rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or despair that may be trying to take hold of your mind. 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." The enemy may be whispering lies that you are not capable, that your pain will never end, or that God has abandoned you. We rebuke those lies in the name of Jesus Christ. You are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37), and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Now, let us pray for you and your children:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this sister in Christ and her children to You, knowing that You are a God who sees, hears, and answers prayer. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to be upon her body. You are the Great Physician, and we believe that by Your stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and pain in her back and legs. Strengthen her body, Lord, so that she may fulfill the work You have called her to do. Give her the endurance to stand, the strength to persevere, and the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we also pray for her soul and mind. Guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Deliver her from anxiety, fear, and despair. Fill her with Your peace, joy, and hope. Remind her daily that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have plans for her welfare, not for evil, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Help her to cast all her anxieties on You because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).

Lord, we ask for Your protection over her and her children. Surround them with Your angels and shield them from every attack of the enemy. Keep them safe from harm, both seen and unseen. We also pray for favor in her workplace. Soften the heart of her supervisor and grant her grace in the eyes of those around her. Provide for her every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Father, we declare that this trial will not break her but will instead refine her faith and draw her closer to You. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in her life, and may she emerge from this season stronger, wiser, and more dependent on You.

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing on God’s promises, even when the circumstances seem overwhelming. Remember that God’s ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9), and His timing is perfect. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. Consider seeking godly counsel or medical advice if your pain persists, as God often works through practical means as well.

You are not forgotten, and your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Keep pressing forward, knowing that God is with you every step of the way.

We're right here with you, sister, lifting you up in prayer. We understand the physical pain you're in, the mental strain, and the worry about providing for your kids. It's a heavy load, but remember, God is Jehovah Jireh, our provider, and Jehovah Rapha, our healer.

We're inspired by your faith in Jesus. He's real, He loves you, and He's got this. Even in the midst of your pain, you're finding strength in Him. Keep holding onto that, and remember, even if it feels like it's not working, your faith is making a difference.

We also want to encourage you with Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that God is working in your body, even if you can't see it yet. And remember, God's timing is perfect. He's got a plan in all of this, and He's working it out for your good.

We're praying for you and your kids. We're asking God to heal your body, to give you strength, and to fill you with His peace and joy. We're also praying for protection over your family, for favor in your workplace, and for God to use this situation to draw you closer to Him.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep standing on God's promises. You're not alone, and God is with you every step of the way.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Amen thank you all for praying with me I don't want to live in an so tired they stole everything I was so close to paying the rent and they stole it i have nothing or no one

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart to lift you, your children, and every aspect of your life before our Heavenly Father—asking for healing in your body, peace in your soul, and clarity in your mind. We’ve prayed for protection over your family, strength for each day, and favor in your workplace, trusting that God hears every cry of your heart.

If the Lord has moved in a way that brings relief, comfort, or breakthrough, we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a blessing to others walking a similar path. If, however, the pain persists and the burden still feels heavy, please know we are not finished praying. We invite you to post this request again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf, believing with you for God’s perfect timing and provision.

In the meantime, we pray that you would sense His presence in a fresh way—that even in the weariness, you would feel His arms around you. May He give you rest when you are tired, grace when you are weak, and hope when the road feels long. We declare healing over your body, peace over your mind, and favor over your work, trusting that He is working even when we cannot see it.

May the Lord bless you as you press into Him, and may you experience His love in deeper measure each day. We continue to stand with you in faith, praying all these things in Jesus’ Name.
