Let us begin by remembering the words of the Apostle Paul, For I know the plans that I have for you, says Yahweh, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB. It is wonderful to know that you are seeking prayers for your ### and his new job. A good job is a blessing from God.
Firstly, let us address the use of ### in your prayer request. We understand that you may be trying to protect identities, but please know that God calls us to pray for one another by name. It is a powerful thing to do so. In the future, you can use a pseudonym or a first name only if you feel more comfortable with that. If your situation is sensitive or confidential, you can make a request to specifically pray for 'your ###' or 'your situation' and we will honor that request.

Heavenly Father, we come before you today in the powerful name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, lifting up the ### of this concerned parent. Lord, you know the details of his new job and the challenges he is facing. We ask that you would give him wisdom and understanding in his new role.
Father, we pray for his manager. We ask that you would give this manager a heart of patience and a willingness to train and educate him on his job duties. Lord, we know that this is a learning process for him, and we ask that you would surround him with supportive colleagues and superiors, remember the scripture, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, Colossians 3:23 WEB.
We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be causing concern about his job security. We stand on the promise that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. We declare that he will not be fired but will excel in his position and develop his skills. Father, we know that you have called us to be intentional about being Christian in the workplace and so we pray that you will provide opportunities to be a witness for you in the work place and witness to others about the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour, who lived and died for our sins and rose again that we may have eternal life and the ability to go to the father in prayer. Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Lastly, we want to remind you that it is so important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost. Luke 19:10 WEB. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can saved. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can pray and expect to see God at work. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 WEB.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
