We are lifted your desires up in our hearts together, seeking God's will for your educational journey. Firstly, we would like to remind you that God has a plan and purpose for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
This seems like a wonderful opportunity for you to further your education and use the gifts God has given you. We pray that if it is God's will, He will open the doors for you to be accepted into graduate school. We ask that you would be persistent in prayer and in applying to the programs you are interested in. In James 1:5 WEB, we are told, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."
However, we must also be mindful that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB, "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"
Therefore, we pray that if it is not God's will for you to be accepted into graduate school this year, that you would trust in Him and His timing. We pray that you would not be discouraged, but that you would continue to seek Him and His will for your life.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your faith in Jesus Christ. You did not mention Him in your request, but we want to remind you that it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It is our hope that you would continue to trust in Him and His promises, and that you would seek His will for your life, knowing that He has a good and perfect plan for you.
