We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. First, we must address the issue of worshipping small gods, for the Word of God is clear: "You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourselves an idol, nor any image of anything that is in the heavens above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth" (Exodus 20:3-4). The Lord alone is God, and He demands our wholehearted devotion. We rebuke the spirit of idolatry in your family and command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. The Lord says, "Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other" (Isaiah 45:22).
We also recognize your need for provision and wisdom as you seek to continue your studies. The Lord promises, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33). We pray that He opens doors of opportunity for you, providing the resources you need to pursue your education. We ask for wisdom to guide your steps, for "if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5).
We take authority over every evil influence surrounding you, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We command every spirit of darkness to flee in Jesus' name, for "He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of His love" (Colossians 1:13). You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We also want to gently remind you of the importance of calling on the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation is found in no one else, and it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can approach God. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother, lifting him up in prayer. We ask that You break every chain of idolatry in his family and draw their hearts to worship You alone. Provide for his needs, Lord, and grant him the wisdom and favor he seeks as he pursues his education. Surround him with Your protection, Father, and let every evil influence be driven far from him. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and help him to stand firm in the truth of Your Word. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, for He promises, "You will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart" (Jeremiah 29:13). Trust in His timing and His provision, knowing that He has plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). You are not alone in this journey, for the Lord is with you always. Keep pressing on, and do not grow weary, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).
