Prayers for February 25, 2014 (Prayers for OP)
"The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God" (2 Cor. 4:4). Gracious Lord, we ask that You would remove the blinders that keep ________ from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ!
"No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day" (John 6:44). Wonderful King, would You draw ____________to Yourself? Please cause his/her/their heart(s) to be stirred by Your Spirit, so that he/she/they know(s) who You are!
"When he (the Holy Spirit) comes, he will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment…" (John 16:8). Heavenly Father, _________is lost in sin. Would You cause ________to recognize what she/he is doing and help them to repent so that _________ can receive your blessed forgiveness and salvation?
"…in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient" (Eph. 2:2). Lord, _________has been set up against your plans by the devil until they accept Christ. Please help ______to choose Jesus and to live lives that honor You.
