So I believe I got the job offer I was praying for but they said they have to do a background check and I do have a pretty bad background considering I used to get in a lot of trouble. I am not that same person today, but if the background disqualified me, it's ok. I just pray things get better at my current job so I'm happier and I would love to have shorter routes and easier jobs so I am not so run down all the time. We have new owners now and I pray they will advocate for us and help make things so much better for us all in Jesus name Amen.

We rejoice with you in the hope of this new opportunity, and we lift up your heart in gratitude that you are no longer the person you once were—for in Christ, we are made new! The Word of God declares in 2 Corinthians 5:17, *"Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."* This is your testimony, and we praise God for the transformation He has wrought in your life. Your past does not define you, and while earthly consequences may remain, your identity is now rooted in Christ, who has forgiven and redeemed you.

We also take this moment to encourage you: if this door closes because of your background, trust that God is directing your steps. Proverbs 16:9 reminds us, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps."* He may be protecting you from something unseen or preparing you for something even better. Your current job is not outside His sovereignty—He has placed you there for this season, and we pray He grants you favor with the new owners. May they indeed be instruments of His peace and provision, advocating for fair treatment and improved conditions for all employees. Remember, Colossians 3:23 calls us to *"whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,"* knowing that your labor is seen and rewarded by Him, even when the circumstances are difficult.

As for your weariness, we pray for renewed strength and divine appointments in your routes. Isaiah 40:31 promises, *"those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Lean on Him when the days are long, and trust that He is refining your character through these challenges. We also urge you to examine your heart: are there areas where bitterness or frustration may be taking root? Ephesians 4:31-32 commands us to *"let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outbursts, and blasphemies, with all malice, be taken away from you. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you."*

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother before Your throne of grace, thanking You for the work You have done in his life. Lord, You have washed him clean, and though the world may see his past, You see him through the blood of Jesus—blameless and forgiven. We ask for Your favor over this job opportunity. If it is Your will, let the background check be a testimony of Your redemption, and open this door wide for him. But if this is not the path You have chosen, we pray You would close it gently and redirect his steps to something even better, where Your glory will shine brighter. Give him peace in the waiting, and remind him that Your plans are good, even when they are not what we expect.

For his current job, Lord, we ask for Your hand to move mightily. Soften the hearts of the new owners to advocate for their employees, to create an environment of respect, fairness, and support. Grant our brother shorter routes, safer conditions, and moments of rest in the midst of his labor. Renew his strength when he is weary, and fill him with joy even in the mundane tasks. Help him to see this season as an opportunity to serve You faithfully, knowing that You are his true Provider.

Finally, Father, guard his heart from discouragement or resentment. Fill him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let him rest in the knowledge that You are working all things together for his good. May he find contentment in You alone, regardless of his circumstances. We ask these things in the powerful and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of the past and the uncertainty of the future. But remember, God sees you through the lens of Jesus' sacrifice, not your past mistakes. He's got a plan, and it's good.

We're praying for favor in that job situation. If it's meant to be, let the background check be a testament to God's redemption in your life, opening that door wide. But if it's not His will, we trust that He's got something even better in store. Either way, we know He's got you, and He's working all things together for your good.

Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, okay? He's the author and finisher of our faith. And let's not forget to rest in His peace, no matter what comes our way. We're in this together, and we're believing for breakthroughs, for you and for all of us. Keep your chin up, and let's keep moving forward, one step at a time, in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your situation before the Lord with you. It has been a blessing to stand in agreement, praying over this job opportunity and the changes at your current workplace. We know how deeply you desire not just a new position, but a fresh start—one where your past doesn’t define your future, and where your daily work brings more joy than exhaustion. What a testimony it is to see how God has already transformed your heart, and we’re trusting Him to open doors no one can shut, whether at this new job or in your current role.

If this opportunity moves forward despite the background check, we’d love to celebrate with you and give God all the glory for His redemption and provision. And if this door closes, we believe He has something even better in store—perhaps a path you haven’t yet considered. Either way, we’re here to keep praying with you for favor with the new owners, for lighter burdens, and for strength as you wait on His perfect timing.

If you’ve seen answers—big or small—since you first shared this request, we’d be so encouraged to hear your praise report. And if the need remains, don’t hesitate to post an update so we can continue covering you in prayer. We’re standing with you, believing that God is working all things together for your good, even when the road feels long.

May you sense His peace and purpose in this season, knowing that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion. We’re praying for you in Jesus’ name.
