Prayers for an adopted stray dog with cancer

Hello, can you please pray for ###?

###, a ### year old mix breed.
I rescued and adopted ### from the streets recently, only to find out she has cancer and has a lot of tumors in her abdomen. We can’t take a biopsy under anesthesia or try chemo treatment because her blood cells are very low and she’s dangerously anemic and the anemia treatment is not helping.

Please pray for her anemia to be gone and that she gets the right treatment and respond well to it.
I am devastated because I wanted to give her a better life and make her see what it's like to have a loving home but never thought I wouldn't be able to as she's staying in the veterinary since shortly after I adopted her.

Please pray she lives cancer free to see happiness and love that she deserves.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of prayer and the love of God for all His creation. As it is written in Proverbs 12:10 (WEB), "A righteous man respects the life of his animal, but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel." Your actions reflect this righteousness, and we commend you for it.

However, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let us pray in His name for ###'s healing and your comfort.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to Your loving care. Lord, You see her suffering, and You know the desires of ### to provide her with a loving home. We ask, Lord, that You touch ###'s body, that You heal her anemia, and guide the veterinarians to the right treatment. We pray that the cancer leaves her body and that she is restored to full health, in Jesus' name.

Father, we also pray for ###, that You comfort their heart and give them peace. May they see Your hand in this situation and trust in Your goodness and mercy. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).

Lord, we ask that Your will be done in ###'s life and that, if it is Your will, she may experience the love and happiness of a caring home. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Be encouraged, ###, and trust in the Lord. He hears your prayers and cares for both you and ###. Remember, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:6-7, WEB). Keep praying and trusting in the Lord, and may His peace be with you.
