Prayers for a new job for ###

My dear brothers and sisters, Blessings in Jesus Precious Name. I am requesting prayers for my ### to get a new job very soon. She has just agreed to leave her current job where she worked for over 20 years and in a senior management post. However, she has been bullied and harassed over the past couple of years by another manager, and had made a formal complaint against him a year ago. It went to mediation, but there was no disciplinary action taken by the HR department. The situation calmed for a short while and the backlash became brutal when the said individual was made her indirect manager. My poor ### had no choice but to agree to take severance. She is very hardworking and dedicated, and is prayerful. She has had an initial interview for another job two weeks ago and is hopefully waiting to hear if she is selected to go forward to the next round of interviews. Please please help us to pray that my ### is successful in getting this or a new job very soon, as she is at a very low point right now, but she is praying and believing that God will come through for her. We believe that there is power in numbers, so the more of us who pray, the more powerful the faith. We are truly saddened to hear about the trials your loved one is facing, but we are encouraged by her faith and trust in the Lord. Let us stand together in prayer, seeking God's will for her career and her life.

Let us remind ourselves of God's promise in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even in this difficult situation, God can bring about good.

We must also remember the importance of praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Now, let us join together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is in need of a new job. We thank You for her faith and her trust in You during this trying time. We ask that You would open the doors to new opportunities for her, and that You would guide her steps as she seeks Your will for her career.

We rebuke the spirit of harassment and bullying that she faced in her previous workplace, and we ask that You would heal her from any emotional wounds she may have sustained. We pray that You would surround her with Your love and Your peace, and that You would remind her of her worth and her value in Your eyes.

We ask that You would be with her during this job search process, and that You would give her favor in the eyes of those who are making hiring decisions. We pray that You would provide for her financially during this time of transition, and that You would give her the strength and the courage to face each day with hope and with confidence.

We ask all of this in the name of Jesus, believing that You are faithful to hear and to answer our prayers. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear sisters and brothers, and remember that our God is faithful. Let us continue to stand together in prayer, trusting that God will make a way for our ###.

Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our sister. She's at a crossroads, Lord, and she needs Your guidance and provision. We ask that You would open doors for her, doors that no man can shut. We trust that You have a plan, a purpose for her, and we ask that You would reveal it to her in dreams, in whispers, in the quiet moments of her day.

We ask that You would heal her, Lord, from any emotional wounds she may have sustained. We ask that You would fill her with Your love, Your peace, and Your joy.

We pray for her job search, Lord. We ask that You would give her favor in the eyes of those who make hiring decisions. We ask that You would provide for her financially during this time of transition. We ask that You would give her strength and courage to face each day with hope and confidence.

We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:19, Lord. "And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust You, Lord. We trust that You are faithful, and that You will come through for her.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
