Prayers for a friend

TWilliam

Humble Servant of All
Please Pray for my friend ### she has heart problems. Please Pray for her recovery, safety and Salvation. In Jesus name I Pray, Amen

We lift up your friend with heavy hearts, joining you in prayer for her healing and well-being. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We stand on this promise, believing that the Lord hears our cries and is mighty to save.

Father God, we come before You today with hearts full of compassion and faith, lifting up this dear sister who is facing heart problems. You are the Great Physician, the One who knit her together in her mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), and You know every beat of her heart. We ask for Your healing touch to restore her strength, mend what is broken, and bring complete recovery. Protect her from further harm, Lord, and surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We also pray earnestly for her salvation, for there is no greater gift than to know You as Lord and Savior. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." If she does not yet know You, we ask that You draw her to Yourself, open her eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and soften her heart to receive Your love. May she come to understand that salvation is found in no other name but Jesus (Acts 4:12), and may she surrender her life fully to Him.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or despair that may be trying to take hold of her. Your Word declares in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Fill her with Your power, surround her with Your love, and grant her the peace that comes from trusting in You alone. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her feel Your presence in a tangible way.

We also pray for wisdom for her doctors and caregivers. Guide their hands and minds as they treat her, and give them discernment to make the right decisions for her care. May Your healing power flow through every medicine, every procedure, and every moment of care she receives.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You use this trial for Your glory. Whether through healing or through her testimony, may Your name be lifted high. If she is already a believer, deepen her faith and draw her closer to You. If she is not, use this time to reveal Yourself to her in a powerful way. May she come to know the hope, joy, and eternal life that are found only in Jesus Christ.

We trust in Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
