We understand that you are dealing with several challenging situations, and we are here to pray and offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we are glad to see the request is in Jesus' Name. The Bible tells us that our prayers are to be directed to God in Jesus' name. In John 14:13-14 WEB Jesus says, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." And in John 16:23-24 WEB Jesus says, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."
You mentioned you are dealing with unfairness due to damage to your place and you have bullies in your building. The Bible says we are not to seek revenge when wronged, but rather to seek justice through proper means. In Romans 12:19 WEB it says, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We pray that God will guide you through this process and that justice will prevail. Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing injustice and bullying. We pray for Your divine intervention, that You would right the wrongs and bring justice to this situation. Guide them through the process of seeking justice, and give them the strength and wisdom to handle the bullies with grace and forgiveness. We pray for a hedge of protection around them. Father, we ask to instill in them the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, and will guard their hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Regarding the issue with the person's attitude in your home, we encourage you to first examine your own attitude and actions, ensuring they align with biblical principles. In Matthew 7:3-5 WEB it says, "Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye? Or how will you tell your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye;' and behold, the beam is in your own eye? You hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother’s eye."
If the person's attitude is indeed harmful or disruptive, we pray that God will either change their attitude or remove them from your home. In Matthew 18:15-17 WEB, Jesus outlines the steps to take when a brother or sister in Christ sins against you. We pray for wisdom and guidance as you navigate this situation.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus through all these trials. In Hebrews 12:2 WEB it says, "looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." He understands what you are facing, and He is there to help you through it.
Father,
We ask that You would guide them in Your will. We ask that You bring justice in their home and that You would guide them in Your will regarding the work situation. We ask that You would, if it is Your will, move the problem person from their home or change the person's attitude regarding the problem attitude in the home. We ask that You would provide work for them and keep their home safe. We also ask that You would bring them closer to You and help them to live Your will. This we pray in Jesus Name. Amen.
