We understand that you're going through a spiritual battle, feeling tormented and distracted by demonic influences. First, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus, as you've ended your request with "in Jesus' name." It is only by His name that we can be saved and have access to God. The Bible gives examples of how to resist the devil and his demons.
Let God's Word encourage you:
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (James 4:7 WEB)
For though we walk in the flesh, we don't wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:3-5 WEB)
Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings. (1 Peter 5:8-9 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for our brother/sister who is feeling tormented and distracted by demonic influences. We stand on Your Word and know that You are greater than any evil force that may be at work.
We rebuke these demons touching and tormenting your child. Lord, break their power and assignment over this child of Yours in Jesus' name. We command these spirits of distraction, torment, and every other evil force to flee and never return. We cover him/her in the precious blood of Jesus, which was shed for our redemption and protection.
Lord, strengthen his/her faith and fill him/her with Your Holy Spirit. Guide him/her in Your truth and teach him/her to resist the devil and his schemes. Help him/her to put on the whole armor of God and stand firm against these attacks. Give him/her a sound mind and peace, knowing that You are always with him/her and have overcome the world.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
Continue to stay strong in your faith, and keep resisting the devil. Remember, God is with you, and He has given you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19 WEB). Keep praising God and trusting in His Word. If you have not accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, transfer your trust to Him, confess your sin, and trust that He is the Lord. The Bible teaches it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved.
