It's Saturday, July 14, 2012 as I write this forward to the weekly newsletter of what's been going on at prayerrequest.com.
1. Add Your Requests To Posts - If you would like to refer one of your previous requests (also called topics) to another post you make, you can do that now. Just click the My Media button when you are posting. Be sure to use the full editor so you can see this option.
2. Daily Security Scanning - We now have our web site scanned each day for security problems. This should help to keep the site free of problems. You can see the security seal in the banner rotation at the top of each page. You can click on it for further details.
3. Uptime Monitoring - Our site is tested every three minutes for availability. You can see the statistics button in the banner rotation at the top of each page. You can click on it for further details.
4. Life Partner - Be sure not to use the term or phrase Life Partner on any request unless you specify this means marriage between a husband and wife. See the terms of service for details. A few people were banned recently due to this. Life Partner is too often used as secular term to include homosexual and fornicating couples. Let's stick to words like Marriage, Husband, Wife, and Spouse.
That's been plenty to keep us busy for this week. I hope you enjoy the site.
