Psalm 34:18 WEB: Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
As wives, we are called to support and respect our husbands, just as the church respects Christ.
Ephesians 5:22-26, 28, 33 WEB: 22 Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. 24 But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. 25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. 26 ... that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word 28 Even so must husbands love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself. 33...Nevertheless, let each one of you also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved husband. Lord, You know the depths of his heart and the struggles he faces. We pray that You touch his emotions, heal his heart, and draw him close to You.
Grant his wife the wisdom, patience, and love needed to support him during this time. Help her to be a source of comfort and encouragement, reflecting the unconditional love of Christ. Strengthen their marriage and guide them both in Your truth. We believe in Jesus.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and is faithful to act according to His will. Keep praying fervently, and consider seeking godly counsel or support from your local church community.
