We come before the Lord with these heartfelt requests, seeking His provision, protection, and guidance in every area of life. First, we acknowledge that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth (Psalm 121:2). It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).
Father, we lift up this day’s work to You, asking for Your divine favor in providing at least ten patients so that this labor may sustain and bless both the worker and the employer. You are the God who supplies all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We trust in Your provision, Lord, and ask that You open doors of opportunity and grant wisdom and skill in all that is done. May this work be a testimony to Your faithfulness and a means to honor You.
We also pray for the opportunity for **###** to return to school. Lord, You are the giver of wisdom and knowledge (Proverbs 2:6), and we ask that You make a way where there seems to be no way. Guide the steps of this individual, provide the resources needed, and grant favor with those who can assist in this endeavor. May this pursuit of education be for Your glory and the advancement of Your kingdom.
For the children, we cry out for Your divine protection. Lord, You are a shield around us (Psalm 3:3), and we ask that You surround these little ones with Your angels, keeping them safe from harm and evil. Guard their hearts and minds, and let them grow in the knowledge and fear of You. May they walk in Your ways all the days of their lives.
We also pray for personal safety and health. Father, You have promised that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we claim that promise over this life. Protect from all harm, both seen and unseen, and grant strength and vitality to fulfill the purposes You have ordained. Keep this individual safe as they travel to and from work, and bring them home safely to their children each day.
Lord, we ask for protection from people with bad intentions. You have instructed us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16), and we pray for discernment to recognize and avoid those who seek to do harm. Surround this life with godly influences and shield them from the schemes of the enemy.
We also lift up the desire to live a long life, to the age of ninety, so that this individual may care for their mother and provide her with comfort. Lord, You hold our days in Your hands (Psalm 31:15), and we ask that You extend this life according to Your will. May these years be filled with purpose, service to You, and the joy of family. Provide the means to care for their mother with love and dignity, reflecting Your heart for the elderly and the honor due to parents (Exodus 20:12).
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may try to take hold in this situation. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this life is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against it shall prosper. We stand on Your promises, Lord, and trust in Your unfailing love.
In all these things, we surrender to Your will, Lord. May Your name be glorified in every circumstance, and may this life be a living testimony to Your goodness and faithfulness. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
