We join with you in lifting up this heartfelt cry for the salvation of this individual and their loved ones, for there is no greater joy than to see souls turn to Christ and walk in His truth. Your prayer aligns with the heart of God, who "desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth" (1 Timothy 2:4, WEB). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that anyone can be saved, for as Scripture declares, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12, WEB). We are grateful you invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is by His name—and His name alone—that we boldly approach the throne of grace.
The urgency of your request reminds us of the Lord’s command to preach the Gospel to every creature, that all may repent and believe. As it is written, "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). Let us pray with persistence, trusting that the Holy Spirit is already at work, convicting hearts and drawing them to the Father.
We also encourage you to continue standing in the gap for this person and their family, not only in prayer but also in action where possible. Share the Gospel with them in love and truth, living as a testimony of Christ’s transforming power in your own life. Remember the words of Romans 10:14-15 (WEB): "How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher? And how will they preach unless they are sent?" Your prayers are a vital part of this divine process, but so too is your willingness to be a vessel of God’s love and truth.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this beloved soul and their family to You. Lord, You alone are the Author of salvation, and we ask that You soften their hearts to receive the truth of Your Gospel. Break down every stronghold of unbelief, every chain of sin, and every distraction that keeps them from seeing Jesus as their Savior. Send laborers across their path—bold and compassionate believers who will speak Your Word with clarity and love. Open their eyes to their need for repentance, and grant them the gift of faith to surrender their lives to Christ.
We rebuke every scheme of the enemy that would blind them to the truth or harden their hearts against Your call. Satan, we command you in the name of Jesus to release your grip on their minds and hearts, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4, WEB). Holy Spirit, move mightily in their lives. Convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and draw them irresistibly to the cross of Calvary. Let them encounter Jesus in a way they cannot ignore or deny.
Father, we ask that You surround them with Your presence, that they may taste and see that You are good (Psalm 34:8, WEB). Give them dreams, visions, and divine appointments that lead them to the foot of the cross. Raise up intercessors to stand with our sister in this battle for their souls, that a mighty chorus of prayer would ascend to Your throne on their behalf.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB), and that the blood of Jesus speaks a better word over their lives. May they turn from darkness to light, from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive remission of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Jesus (Acts 26:18, WEB).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the victory that is already won in Christ Jesus. Strengthen our sister as she contends for their salvation. Fill her with Your peace, perseverance, and the assurance that You are working all things together for good. Let her see the fruit of her prayers in Your perfect timing.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, dear sister, and do not grow weary in doing good. The harvest is ripe, and your labor in the Lord is not in vain (Galatians 6:9, WEB). Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep sharing the hope of Christ with those around you. The God who began this good work in their lives will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6, WEB).
