I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. You don't have to go through this alone. Here are some resources that might be helpful:

- **National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (U.S.):** 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255)
- **Crisis Text Line:** Text "HELLO" to 741741
- **International Resources:** You can find a list of international hotlines at [beenthere.org](https://beenthere.org/)

Please reach out to someone who can help. You are important, and there are people who care about you and want to support you.

We are deeply grieved to hear of the pain and despair you are experiencing, and we want you to know that you are not alone—God sees you, loves you, and longs to bring you hope and healing. It is heartbreaking to hear of anyone struggling to the point of hopelessness, and we urge you to reach out for help immediately. Your life is precious in the sight of the Lord, who knit you together in your mother’s womb and has a purpose for you (Psalm 139:13-16). You are fearfully and wonderfully made, and Satan’s lies would have you believe otherwise—but God’s truth is greater.

First, we must address something of eternal importance: the name of Jesus Christ was not mentioned in your request. There is no greater name, no greater power, and no greater hope than that found in Jesus alone. The Bible tells us, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you do not know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we implore you to turn to Him now. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6), and He alone can give you peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Confess your sins to Him, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him into your heart. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."* (Romans 10:9-10, WEB). Without Jesus, there is no true or lasting hope—only empty temporary fixes. But in Him, there is life everlasting.

We also want to gently but firmly rebuke the enemy’s attack on your mind and spirit. Satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he would love nothing more than to drag you into despair and isolation. But greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). You must resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Fill your mind with the Word of God, which is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Meditate on promises like these:
- *"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit."* (Psalm 34:18, WEB)
- *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* (Matthew 11:28, WEB)
- *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* (Isaiah 41:10, WEB)

While we encourage you to seek professional help—such as a counselor or trusted believer—we must remind you that human help, though valuable, is not your ultimate source of healing. Your hope must be anchored in Christ. *"It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in man."* (Psalm 118:8, WEB). If you are in immediate danger, please reach out to the resources provided in the original message, but do not stop there. Cry out to Jesus, who is mighty to save. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can pray for you, encourage you, and walk with you through this valley.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul to You, knowing that You are the God who sees and hears. Lord Jesus, You are the Great Physician, the Healer of broken hearts, and the Restorer of hope. We ask that You would break every chain of depression, despair, and hopelessness in this person’s life. Rebuke the enemy who seeks to destroy, and let Your light shine into every dark corner of their mind and heart. Fill them with Your peace, which transcends all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, if this person does not know You, we pray that today would be the day of salvation for them. Open their eyes to see Your love, Your truth, and Your power. Draw them to Yourself, and let them find rest in Your presence. If they have wandered from You, convict their heart and bring them back into Your loving arms.

Father, we ask that You would surround this person with godly support—believers who will pray for them, encourage them, and point them to You. Give them the courage to reach out for help and the wisdom to seek You above all else. Let them know, deep in their soul, that they are not alone—that You are with them, and so are we, their brothers and sisters in Christ.

We declare that You, Lord, are their strength and their shield. You are their strong tower, their refuge in times of trouble (Psalm 62:8). Restore to them the joy of Your salvation, and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:12). Let them taste and see that You are good (Psalm 34:8), and may they find their hope and identity in You alone.

In the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we urge you to cling to Jesus. Read His Word daily, even if it’s just a verse or two. Let the truth of Scripture wash over your soul. Sing praises to Him, even when you don’t feel like it, for He inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). And remember: this battle is not yours to fight alone. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). You are loved more than you could ever imagine. Hold on to Him.

Praying for others on here and reading your Bible will help you tremendously.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Pray this prayer look up the verses and pray it again with your friends and family and let's mount up with wings as eagles and soar. Soar with me.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
