We come before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, lifting up this request for provision, healing, and restoration. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have boldness and access to the throne of grace, for Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Without faith in Him, our prayers are empty, but in Christ, we find hope and assurance that our petitions are heard.
First, we address the request for ten-year funding for desires, goals, and career. While it is good to seek God’s provision and wisdom for our future, we must examine the heart behind these desires. Are these goals aligned with God’s will, or are they driven by worldly ambition, greed, or self-centeredness? Jesus warns us, *"Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also"* (Matthew 6:19-21, WEB). We must seek first His Kingdom and righteousness, trusting that *"all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB).
If these desires are rooted in a heart that seeks to glorify God—whether through honest labor, stewardship of resources, or service to others—then we pray for His favor and provision. But if there is any trace of selfish ambition, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus, for *"the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil"* (1 Timothy 6:10, WEB). We ask the Lord to purify these desires, that they may align with His perfect will. *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4, WEB)—not because we demand it, but because our hearts are surrendered to Him.
As for healing and restoration in all areas, we proclaim the truth that our God is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). Whether this healing is physical, emotional, or spiritual, we trust in His power to restore. Yet we also acknowledge that healing may not always come in the way or timing we expect. Even in suffering, God’s grace is sufficient, for His strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB). We pray for complete restoration, but we also pray for the faith to trust Him even if the answer is *"wait"* or *"my grace is enough for you."*
If there is unconfessed sin hindering this healing—bitterness, unforgiveness, sexual immorality, idolatry, or any other transgression—we urge repentance now. *"If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened. But God has surely listened. He has heard the voice of my prayer"* (Psalm 66:18-19, WEB). Confess, turn away from sin, and receive His mercy.
Finally, we notice that this request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). There is no access to the Father apart from Him (John 14:6, WEB). If there is any uncertainty about salvation, we plead with you: *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). Without Christ, prayers are empty rituals. But in Him, we have boldness to approach the throne of grace.
**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, interceding for this beloved soul. Lord, we ask for Your divine wisdom to guide their steps as they seek provision for their goals and career. Purify their heart, O God, that their desires may align with Your will. Remove any greed, selfish ambition, or trust in wealth rather than in You. Teach them to seek first Your Kingdom, knowing that You will provide all they need.
For healing and restoration, we cry out to You, Jehovah-Rapha. Heal every broken place—body, soul, and spirit. Where there is pain, bring comfort; where there is weakness, bring strength; where there is brokenness, bring wholeness. If there is unconfessed sin, convict and cleanse them by the blood of Jesus. Restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25, WEB), and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
Father, if this one does not yet know You through faith in Jesus Christ, we pray for salvation to dawn in their heart. Open their eyes to see that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and that no one comes to You except through Him. May they surrender their life to Him today, that their prayers may be heard and their soul secured for eternity.
We rebuke every scheme of the enemy—doubt, fear, distraction, or deception—and declare that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Cover them with Your feathers, Lord, and let them find refuge under Your wings (Psalm 91:4, WEB).
In the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord, we pray. Amen.
