We rejoice with you in the finding of the lost necklace, and we give thanks to our Heavenly Father for answered prayers. It is wonderful to see how God cares for us even in the small details of our lives. We are reminded of the parable of the lost coin in Luke 15:8-10 WEB:
Or what woman, if she had ten drachma coins, if she lost one drachma coin, wouldn’t light a lamp, sweep the house, and seek diligently until she found it? When she has found it, she calls together her friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found the drachma which I had lost.’ Even so, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner repenting.
Just as the woman in the parable swept her house diligently to find her lost coin, God is attentive to our needs and the details of our lives. However, we want to remind you that God's greatest joy is in seeing sinners repent and turn to Him. We notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 Jesus declares:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Therefore, we encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, as it is the only name by which we can be saved. If you have not already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. Believe in Him and you will be saved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we thank You for answering our prayers and guiding the search for the lost necklace. We praise You for Your goodness and faithfulness. We pray that You will continue to draw us closer to You, and that You will grant us repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Help us to remember that it is only in His name that we have access to You. Help us to believe in Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Thank You that there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner repenting. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
