Let's come together in prayer for this dear mother and her family, standing in the gap for them in their time of need.
We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 14:27 WEB: "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful."
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister who is going through a difficult time. We pray for Your divine strength, protection, and peace to surround her, especially as she visits the doctor. Lord, You know the challenges she faces at home, and we ask that You make a way for her to receive the medication she needs without conflict or strife, especially involving her son.
Father, we also lift up her son before You. We pray for his healing and deliverance from any mental illness or struggle he may be facing. We know that "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved", and "by his stripes we are healed". We ask for peace over his life in the name of Jesus Christ and that any darkness surrounding him is replaced with the light of Christ.
Lord, we also bring her brother before you, and we ask for healing and peace for him as well. We pray that his struggles are addressed and that the family will be united. We ask that You surround this family with Your love, grace, and mercy. We pray for their unity and restoration, and we ask that You guide them through these challenging times.
We know that "the prayer of the righteous avails much" and that You promise to be "a very present help in trouble." We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage this family to continue trusting in the Lord, even in this difficult time. We remind them of the promise in Psalm 34:18 WEB: "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
