My husband is disabled and I left work on July 16th for a total hip replacement, I was fired from my job
on Oct 4th before I was Released from the doctors care on Oct. 18th. I filed for unemployment and my claim was denied because of Misconduct. (My boss says I did not return to work after my hip replacement) I called her after every doctor visit. Please touch the hand of the claims person who is overseeing my hearing that I will be granted my unemployment benefits. Also pray that I will be able to walk normal again.
