God is looking for people who can stand in the gap. As prayer warriors, lets read other people's requests and pray according to the word as the Spirit gives us utterance, lets avoid 'cut and paste' kind of prayers.

I usually post a standard reply that I alter slightly according to the person's request. i see no harm in doing this as it saves time, just as long as you actually take the time to say a prayer aloud as well, which I always do. I guess it depends on the person and their intent.
