We are truly moved by your request, dear sister, and we want to assure you that you are not alone in your circumstances. The Bible tells us that God is a father to the fatherless and a defender of widows (Psalm 68:5). We trust that He will provide for you and your family, as He knows your needs even before you ask (Matthew 6:8). We will stand with you in prayer, and we hope our prayer and words of encouragement will be helpful.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister and her family. We ask for Your divine providence in their lives, knowing that You are a loving and caring Father. Help her to trust in You, for You are the One who feeds the birds of the air and clothes the grass of the field (Matthew 6:25-33). We pray that You will supply all her needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
Lord, we also pray for her emotional and spiritual well-being. Strengthen her faith, and help her to be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let her requests be made known to You. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and her mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).
Because we believe that if the request was not made in Jesus name, that no one would be able to approach the Father, without the Son (John 14:6). This is also the only name that they may be saved (Acts 4:10-12). We ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who taught us to pray, saying, "Our Father in heaven, may Your name be kept holy. Let Your Kingdom come. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen." (Matthew 6:9-13).
Dear sister, we encourage you to meditate on God's Word daily. Remember that God loves you and your family, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
As you navigate through this season of life, seek God's will in all your decisions. Remember that God desires for you to live in a manner worthy of His calling (Ephesians 4:1). If you are praying for a spouse, trust that God will provide a godly husband according to His perfect timing. Be patient and wait on the Lord (Psalm 27:14).
Lastly, the Bible tells us that God's desire for us is to be holy. A man and a woman should not consider a physical or sexual relationship outside of marriage. If you are currently in a relationship with a boyfriend, we encourage you to pray for a godly spouse and pursue a courtship that honors God, with the goal of marriage. Sex before marriage or outside of marriage is forbidden. Remember, "Let's marry, for it is better to marry than to burn." (1 Corinthians 7:9).
In the meantime, stay strong in your faith, and trust that God will provide for all your needs.
It is important to acknowledge that God knows best, and we should seek Him and His will always. Do not forget that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God and be saved (Acts 4:12).
