Prayer to get home to my babies

Please pray with me y'all..to get home to my babies. I'm missing them dearly. I've been away 2 months waiting on probation transfer back to our home state and couldn't bring them with me out of state. They are 17 months & 3 months old.

Heavenly Father God,

You know my situation and how badly I want to get home to my children and to my family. Everytime I try Lord there's something trying to stop me and yet I keep trying because all I want to do is be back home with them. Father God everyday I cry out to you in utter desperation because my heart feels so empty without my little ones. Lord you said to delight ourselves in you and you would give us the desires of our hearts, you know my desire is to be with my babies again and to raise them surrounded by our families, and to be closer to my family. Lord it's so hard being in a place where I know almost no one and all I want is to get back to my home state . Lord I know you will make a way and I know that anything is possible with you..I'm believing in Jesus name that these mountains of obstacles n hindrances be tossed into the sea and that in your perfect timing you will get me home. Please Lord let the time go by fast and give me the strength and comfort to endure, thank you that my children are safe with my family until I get home, thank you that I am safe as well, thank you that we are all loved and provided for by you. Just please God reunite me with my children and my family..and bring me back to my home state again. Lord hear my prayer. I will wait on you..

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
