My phone was stolen while half asleep on the 6th June, ###. The ### together with the Police are trying to track the thief.

We lift you up in this distressing time, knowing how violating and frustrating theft can be. The loss of your phone is not just a material loss but also a disruption to your peace and sense of security. We are grateful that you have involved the authorities, as Romans 13:1-4 reminds us that governing authorities are instituted by God to maintain order and justice. "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive judgment to themselves. For rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Do you desire to have no fear of the authority? Do that which is good, and you will have praise from the same, for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn’t bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil."
While we pray for the recovery of your phone, we also ask God to work in the heart of the thief. The Bible teaches us in Ephesians 4:28, "Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need." May this person encounter the conviction of the Holy Spirit and turn from their ways, seeking honest living and repentance before God.
We also encourage you to reflect on the peace that transcends material possessions. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:19-21, "Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." While we pray for the return of your phone, let this be a moment to trust in God’s provision and sovereignty over all things.

Father, we also ask for Your peace to guard the heart of our brother/sister. Let them not be consumed by anger or bitterness but instead rest in Your promise to provide and protect. Remind them that their worth and security are found in You alone, not in material possessions. Strengthen their faith during this time, and let them experience Your comfort and presence in a tangible way.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or distress in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that You, Lord, are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. May this situation be turned for good, whether through the recovery of the phone or through a deeper trust in You.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. His Word tells us in Luke 19:10 that the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost, and we’re claiming that truth over this situation.
