We understand that you are facing financial difficulties due to unpaid salary for the past two months, and you are also concerned about your daughter's university course change. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend your for acknowledging that it is In Jesus Name (IJN) that you pray. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and it is by His name that we can be saved and know the Father.
Let's address your concerns one by one and we will pray at the end.
Regarding your unpaid salary, we want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." God is aware of your needs, and He is faithful to provide. We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), where He teaches us not to be anxious about what we will eat or drink or wear. Instead, we should seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well.
However, while God is faithful to provide, we also have a responsibility to act wisely and take necessary steps. We encourage you to communicate openly with your employers regarding the delay and ensure that your rights as a worker are respected. Additionally, consider seeking counsel from fellow believers or relevant authorities if the situation does not improve.
Concerning your daughter's university course change, we trust that God has a perfect plan for her. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Encourage your daughter to seek God's will for her life and to trust in Him regardless of the outcome. We pray that God's will be done in her life and that He grants her the desires of her heart as she delights in Him (Psalm 37:4).
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of their salary. Lord, You are the provider of all good things, and we trust that You are aware of their needs. We pray that You will move in this situation and ensure that they receive what is rightfully theirs. Grant them the wisdom to take the necessary steps and the courage to speak up for their rights.
We also bring before You their daughter, who is seeking a course change in her university. Lord, we know that You have a perfect plan for her life. Guide her steps and grant her the desires of her heart as she delights in You. We pray that Your will be done in her life and that she will trust in You regardless of the outcome.
In all things, Lord, help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be given to them as well. We rebuke any attacks of the enemy in their lives and grant them healing and comfort.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you both to continue trusting in God and to seek His will in all aspects of your lives. Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Stand firm in your faith and be patient, knowing that God's timing is perfect.
