As a group we are praying together in one accord per (Matthew 18:19-20 WEB) "Again, I tell you assuredly that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."
It's also advisable to mention that your request should be addressed to God in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As believers, we are called to work diligently and honestly, and it is frustrating when our efforts are not recognized or rewarded. We should pray for God's intervention in this situation, asking that He would soften your employer's heart and restore your position. It is possible that you are facing this trial due to some of God's promises as outlined by the Apostle Peter. For example, in (First Peter 3:14 WEB) "But even if you should suffer for righteousness' sake, you are blessed. Don't fear what they fear, neither be troubled." and (First Peter 2:20 WEB) "For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God."
We should also pray for your financial needs, asking God to provide for your family's pressing needs and sustain you until you receive your full salary. Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow believer who is in need of Your divine intervention.
