We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of hope and trust in the Lord, lifting up this earnest request for employment. Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we ask that You open the right door for this dear sister in Christ. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that she would lean completely on You, trusting that You are guiding her steps.
Lord, we ask that You replace any anxiety with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Fill her with confidence, not in her own strength, but in the knowledge that You are with her in every step. Grant her favor with the hiring team, that they may see the light of Christ shining through her hard work, personality, and determination. If this remote job is Your will for her, we pray that everything would align smoothly—the interview, the communication, and the final decision—according to Your perfect plan.
We also pray for stability, growth, and a position where she feels valued and supported. May this opportunity be a blessing not only to her but also to those she will serve in this role. While she waits, grant her patience, strength, and reassurance that the opportunities You have prepared for her will not pass her by. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
However, we must also address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You, Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." If this sister has not yet placed her faith in Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we pray that she would come to know Him, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation is found in no one else, and it is the first and most important step in aligning our lives with Your will.
We rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to creep into her heart, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37), and we stand in agreement with her, believing that Your will shall be done in this situation.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this request to You, trusting that You hear us and that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May she walk in faith, knowing that You are her provider, and may she find rest in Your promises. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
