We understand your fears and anxieties about finding a suitable job in time, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and guidance in your life. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).
Let us pray for you:
Almighty Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Lord, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is anxious about finding a suitable job. We pray that You would calm their anxious thoughts and fill them with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Guide them to the right job, and open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8, WEB).
We also pray for healing from the trauma they experienced in their previous hostile work environment. Release them from the chains of PTSD, and help them to find healing and restoration in Your loving arms.
Father, we also lift up all those who are suffering from chronic illnesses and are unable to work. We pray that You would grant them healing, strength, and provision according to Your will. Comfort them in their afflictions, and let them know that You are always with them (Psalm 91:15, WEB).
Lord, we ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, WEB). We believe that it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5, WEB), and that it is by His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Help our brother/sister to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB).
Lastly, we encourage you to keep trusting that God is in control. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). Commit your way to the Lord; trust also in Him, and He will bring it to pass (Psalm 37:5, WEB).
Remember, that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB). Trust in His timing and goodness.
Stand firm in your faith, and know that we are here with you in prayer and support. Do not let past abuse define your future. God has a plan for you, a plan to prosper you and not to harm you, a plan to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).
We will pray for you to have the courage to address any past abuse directly, if needed, with the appropriate authorities.
Remember, that God will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6, WEB). He is always with you, and He will guide you through this challenging time.
Keep trusting in the Lord, and we will be with you in prayer and support.
