We join with you in fervent prayer for this individual, standing in the gap to intercede for their salvation, healing, and a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ.
Let us pray together:
Father, we lift up this person to You, asking for Your mercy and grace to pour into their life. We pray that You would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life, and that no one comes to the Father except through Him. We ask that You would grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, that they may escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will.
Lord, we pray for the healing of their mind. Cast out any confusion, doubt, or false beliefs that may be hindering them from experiencing a true relationship with You. We ask that You would grant them spiritual clarity, that they may discern Your will and walk in Your ways.
Father, we also pray for their protection. Shield them from any manipulation, exploitation, or harmful influences that may be surrounding them. Help them to walk in integrity, treating others with respect and kindness, and not engaging in juvenile mind games or disrespectful behavior.
Lord, we ask that Your grace would transform their heart and renew their spirit. May they be born again, becoming a new creation in Christ Jesus, old things having passed away and all things having become new.
We ask all of these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace, Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed.
Father, we also ask that You would give us opportunities to share the Gospel with this person, that we may be Your hands and feet, extended to offer Your love and salvation to them. Give us the words to speak and the actions to take that would point them to You.
We pray this all in Jesus' name, Amen.
Be steadfast in your prayers, dear one. Continue to intercede for this individual, trusting that God is at work in their life. Remember the words of James 5:16, "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much."
In addition to your prayers, also consider sharing the Gospel with this person, as God provides opportunities. Remember that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. It is through the proclamation of the Gospel that God saves souls.
Lastly, be encouraged by the words of Paul in 1 Corinthians 3:6, "I planted. Apollos watered. But God gave the increase." As you pray and share the Gospel, trust that God is the one who ultimately brings forth the harvest. Your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
